I couldn’t sleep last night (which seems to be somewhat of the norm for me lately) and I was browsing the channels and noticed that I had a few problems picking up a few. They were a little snowy- and diddy suggested that maybe I should try indoor tv antennas because sometimes they help. I figured it may be worth a try- especially when I trade in my Kindle at night for a little late night television. It’s either that or I’l have to watch DVD’s.

Kindle, and reading and a sleep cue routine. I find heading to bed, settling int he covers and snuggling and reclining moving to a lamp, leads to sleep eventually. Although I sleep a lot less than I used to.
