I haven’t done a gratitude list in so long, that I really thought that it was about time I started doing them again. It isn’t that I am not grateful for so many things in my life, because I am, but the truth is, I’ve not felt very grateful lately, and that’s the exact moment that I should be pausing and thinking about what I should be grateful for.
No matter what life may toss our way, or no matter how difficult we may think we have it- there is always something to be grateful for.
My Gratitude List for December 22, 2009.
Today I’m Grateful For:
- Marcel, for going out with JJ this morning so that I can get a few things done around the house before he goes to work.
- The beautiful snow, that brings joy to my heart even though I know it’s a nightmare for so many.
- The sound that it makes when you walk across freshly fallen snow.
- The TRUE reason for the season, Christ.
- The little angels in this world who lift me up and bring a smile to my face when I need it most.
